Almost APRIL already??!!!

Sorry for being a slacker in the blogging world!! My camera is having some issues so I don't have "Easter pics" for you just yet. Soon though (I think I have a couple on my phone I can put on for now..) i think it's just about time for a new camera..yuck.

Well..we had a great Easter! The service at church was great. After church we had lunch with claude and Sheila. All of us trying to keep each other company with no family here to celebrate with. We ate at Ruby Tuesdays and ending up staying there for a few HOURS just talking and having a great time. It was fun.

That evening we met with the youth group. When the youth first stared to ask if we could have youth on Easter, I must admit I really didn't want us to. Youth on a holiday?? there were so many wanting to meet that we just couldn't say no. We decided to meet and have a party to celebrate Easter and all Christ has done for us. We had food and chocolate! We played some great games (yes I even got in on the 4 legged race- using 3 people!!) Claude did a great object lesson and then....we had the biggest egg hunt! We had just about 300 hundred eggs hidden throughout the Boys and Girls club. It was a blast to watch! Randy and I had so much fun. It was a blessing to be there and help. I would do it again on ANY holiday to see youth begging to have church and bringing friends who may not have known why we celebrate Easter. I'm sorry for the ones that missed it- hopefully they will be back next week!! Still..17 out of 22 kids on Easter is AWESOME!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Ever since I was a little girl I have loved St. Patrick's day..don't really no why exept that I'm Irish and it's kinda fun to have to wear green! Today, Ella and I will be spending most of the day at the Ebeling household..Needless to say we will be sure to have green on when we get there- that's ALOT of pinching if not!! Hope you all enjoy this day with your family. I will be remembering my Granpa McCabe who was always very proud of his Irish Heritage.

8 Months Old!

Ella is 8 months old today!! You have to watch this little video of her giving Randy kisses! She will give him a kiss anytime he wants one..I on the other hand have to work very hard for mine.. This video is so cute because she is signing with her hands for "more" after each kiss!!

I have been trying and trying to get a good picture of Ella's new teeth for her scrapbook..

Ella apparently doesn't want anyone to see them because she tries to hold her mouth as tight as possible every time I pull out the camera!

Yes, you read the title right..Today Randy and I are remembering March 4, 2006...

Two years ago, today, we were saying our vows to each other..

We have certainly had an eventful two years (more so than we ever imagined!)

God has brought us closer each and everyday through getting married, moving away from home, buying a house, AND having a baby. Without Him, we wouldn't be where we are today.

March 4th will always be a very special day for me because it's the day I married my best friend. Looking at these pictures I can remember the love and excitement I felt that day, and I still feel it as much today as I did then. I look forward to the MANY MANY years to come! :)

Beautiful Day!

What a great day today..The weather was just SO nice! Ella and I went to the park with friends from playgroup. It was a great time! Ella took her first ride in a swing and LOVED it! She smiled and laughed- so cute!

We also went by the Daffodil field today. There are hundreds of flowers growing wild on the side of the road. You should have seen all of the cars pulled over from people taking pics! Ella loved playing and looking at all of the flowers! It was alot of fun and the pics turned out great!

Saturday!

Today was my first real day back to work! I am going to be working on Saturdays back at my old job (at The Spa at Merle Norman)..This week was SUPER busy for me..I had to train 2 days to learn all of the new stuff (and learn how to find my way around since the spa has relocated from a 2600 sq ft building to a 10,000 sq ft building!!) It was exciting to be back at work and doing what I love, but I really did miss Ella while I was away..Randy spent the day taking care of her and they had a blast! They spent the morning at home, then went bowling, came back home for nap time, and even fit in a shopping trip! While I was at work I got this picture sent to my phone...
