14 weeks..

Wow! Today is the last day of week 14 and it still seems like only yesterday that we brought her home! It's been a few days since I posted anything so I figured I needed to get some more pics up...

Horses!!

While we were in Tennessee we got to spend alot of time with my parents horses. I love it- they're so cute! I'm really starting to get horse fever- I want one!! Yesterday, Ella and I went with Abby and Gabriella and Shanna and Bria out to see Shanna's horse Dapples. It was alot of fun! The weather was great and we all enjoyed our outing- it gave us a chance to get outside of our house and talk to someone other than the babies :) I have a couple of pics thanks to Abby (my camera's batteries were dying..)

Oh yes, and for all of you true "horse riders" this Florida girl really did ride around on the horse..in flip flops lol

Busy busy....

Ella and I just got back from Tennessee Friday night. We flew from Raleigh to Nashville. She did great on the plane!! People were saying that she was such a good baby that they didn't even realize she was on the flight :) What a relief! I was so scared it was going to be crazy, but it couldn't have gone any better. We stayed with my mom and dad and got to visit alot of my family. Most of them hadn't seen Ella yet so she was loved and kissed alot! We missed Randy but the trip still didn't seem quite long enough..

Yesterday we got to see my sister Lynsey, too. She was in town saying goodbye to her boyfriend who's heading to Iraq on Monday... It was a short visit but I'll take whatever I can get!

Today we just got back from church where we did a $1 car wash but instead of charging a dollar, we paid them a dollar! It went really well and was alot of fun. I think everyone enjoyed "outflowing" to the community. There were also groups doing trash pickup and delivering food to some familys in need.

Randy's Home!!

Yey! Randy got home today from a conference he was at in Georgia. He went with the staff of church to a leadership conference called catalyst. He had a really good time, but we are happy to have him back home. Ella was really happy to have her nap partner back :)

They are so cute- he's been home less than an hour and here they are already!

Poor Ella...

While we were in Florida a few weeks ago Ella caught a little cold. She did a really good job fighting it off but still hasn't been quite the same.. Randy and I started noticing her pulling at her ear alot so today she went to the doctor and sure enough, she has an infection in that side!! She has been kind of cranky so it was nice to have it officially diagnosed and the antibiotics started! Hopefully it will clear up soon :)
